You can really play and I expect great things from you.

The commentators criticize your inside loop on the downswing. Pay no heed. The inside loop is a natural response to your excellent lateral move on your downswing and is visible principally because of its contrast to the direct line away from the ball on your backswing. Don't make any changes. Don't hire any gurus. If you feel compelled to get rid of some of your extra money send it to me, burn it, or give it to charity but in no case give it to somebody who wants to change your swing.

I have some concern about your cross-handed putting grip, not because it is cross-handed but because it may create a tendency to move the putter handle ahead of the putter head. Avoid this at all costs.
