Question from Micheal: Stance

Dear Micheal:

Which is your back leg? I am familiar with left legs and  right legs. Maybe golfers in your part of the country have  'fore' legs!

In all seriousness, I guess you mean your right leg, when you use the term back leg (presuming you're a right-handed player.) A common misconception is that one should avoid shifting the weight to the right leg on the backswing. The great players do shift the weight to the right side so there is more weight to shift to the left side on the downswing. Rather than concentrating on this issue, you should instead practice my golf motor move which is demonstrated on my Automatic Golf and Let's Get Started videos and is also described in other questions.

Golfingly Yours,
Bob Mann
