Question from Bryan: Shaft Selection

I recently purchased a driver with a steel shaft, my golfing friends all insist that i made the wrong move club wise. Graphite should have been my shaft choice. What have i gained or lost by choosing a steel shaft fro my driver?

Your friends are probably right, most golfers will drive further with graphite. For one reason: With the same head, the club can/should be an inch longer. However, whatever works for you is the answer for you, try to test/experiment with it.
