I would like to know if a golf swing or putting method can be copyrighted or patented if it has never been used before? Thank You.

Comment: I have a very unique putting method that removes the YIPS, 60% of all errors and once mastered, never needs practice. My average putting round is 24 putts. Please reply. Thank You.
