Question from Ray: Keep Head Down

Forget it. your head should not be down. Keep your head up, in line with your spine, but point your chin to the right and keep it there until after impact.

A head down position is self defeating. It prevents the right shoulder from clearing under your chin. Therefore the shoulder brings the head up.

Get "Ahead" of your game. Keep your head up and point your chin to the right.

This like all my instructions presumes you are right handed. If left handed, point chin to the left.
