Question from Micheal: Grip Material

I saw a program of yours on television and I noticed that a lot of your method dealt with the grip. I feel that I have my grip down pretty well, but I was wondering if there was any specific kind of grip (i.e. rubber, wrap, cord) that you prefer above others? Thanks.
