Question from Joe: Feel

Dear Joe:

The best way to feel a good swing is to practice the Automatic Golf Motor Move. As I told John the Motor Move is featured on my Let's Get Started and Automatic Golf the Method videos.

A brief overview of the Motor Move:
1. Grip the club with the left hand only.
2. Flex the knees.
3. Keep the club off contact with the ground.
4. Turn your chin to the right.
5. Initiate the motion by rolling the right ankle toward the left.
6. Initiate the backswing by rolling the left ankle toward the right.
7. Continuously roll the ankles back and forth. This causes the club to move back and forth along the line with nice rhythm and great vitality.
8. Keep the chin pointed to the right as you swing back and forth.
9. Keep the left wrist firm so that the club does not flop.
10. A session of the drill should include 15 continuous repetitions.

Golfingly Yours,
Bob Mann
